Delete your account

Effective September 28, 2026

You can permanently delete your account, and everything attached to it, at any time. It takes effect immediately and does not need our approval. There are three ways to do it; the first two are instant.

1. In the Mugen Shorts or All Reels app

  1. Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
  3. Type the confirmation phrase shown (your username or name) and confirm.

2. On this website

  1. Sign in with the same account.
  2. Open Settings and scroll to Delete account.
  3. Type the confirmation phrase shown and confirm.

3. By email, if you cannot sign in

Write to allthemyth@gmail.com from the email address the account uses. We will confirm it is you, delete the account, and reply when it is done — within 30 days, and normally much sooner.

4. What is deleted

Deleting the account erases the account record and, with it, everything stored against it:

  • your name, email address, username and profile picture;
  • your list (saved series) and your watch progress;
  • your comments, and your likes on episodes;
  • the push-notification tokens for your devices;
  • your sign-in sessions, and the VIP membership and ad-unlock records held on our server.

This cannot be undone, and we cannot restore a deleted account.

5. What is not, and why

  • Your Google Play subscription is not cancelled. Google holds the payment and the subscription, not us. If you have VIP, cancel it first in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or it will keep renewing. Google keeps its own record of your purchases under its own policy.
  • Episodes downloaded to your device are files on your phone, not on our server. Delete them from the app's Downloads tab, or uninstall the app.
  • Advertising and analytics data collected by Google AdMob and Firebase is tied to your device's advertising ID rather than to your account. You can reset or delete that ID in your device's settings; see the Privacy Policy.
  • Search terms are counted anonymously to power search suggestions. They are never linked to an account, so there is nothing of yours in them to delete.

6. Deleting some data, not all

You do not have to delete the whole account to remove things. In the app you can remove a series from your list, remove a title from Continue Watching by long-pressing it, and delete your own comments. For anything else, write to the address above and say what you would like removed.
