Shinchosha 's Kurage Bunch magazine announced on Monday Saburō Nagai will launch a new boys-love series titled Iei ga Nai! (There's No Deceased Portrait!) in the magazine on Tuesday.
Nagai published the Smells Like Green Spirit manga in Fusion Product 's Comic Be magazine from 2011 to 2012, and it had two compiled book volumes labeled "Side:A" and "Side:B." The manga also has a spinoff manga titled Shintan Kairō , which ran for five volumes.
The original series inspired a live-action series adaptation in September 2024, along with a compilation film edition in June 2025.
